Men's Mental Health Week in June is an important time to pause, reflect, and keep the conversation going. It's about creating spaces where we can talk openly about well-being and remind each other that mental health is just as important as physical health. To help us mark the occasion, we caught up with our Member of the Month, Ned.
A dedicated member at Windy Hill for over seven years, Ned shared how staying active keeps him grounded through life's challenges:
"Keeping fit has helped me immensely because we’ve all had curveballs in life, but exercise really builds your self-esteem and mental health; my advice to other men is to just start, because the physical and mental benefits are worth it."
