What is the Fit Journey

The Fit Journey is an innovative 3 step retention system design to ensure our members achieve their goals. We know that success isn’t just about what you do in the gym, it’s also about what happens outside the gym. Members receive 2 complimentary 14 day passes to share with friends & family. Research shows that having a training buddy not only helps you stay motivated but can also boost results! Most important of all is how you are fuelling your body. But the journey doesn’t end there, as a member you get to meet with your trainer and do a full scan every 6 weeks. So as your goals change, so can your program!

Step 1: Your Kickstart Appointment

Your journey begins with a personal consultation where our team gets to know your goals, fitness history, and lifestyle. You’ll receive a tailored workout plan and practical nutritional guidance to help you build healthier habits from day one. As part of your kickstart, you’ll also complete a body scan—with results sent directly to your app. This scan provides a clear snapshot of your starting point and forms the benchmark we’ll use to track your progress over time.

Step 2: Program Walkthrough

In your second appointment, your trainer will guide you through your personalised program in detail. You’ll walk through each component of your training plan to ensure you’re confident using the equipment, understand the correct techniques, and feel fully supported in your routine. This step sets you up for success and builds momentum as you begin your training journey.

Step 3: Ongoing Check-Ins & Scans

Every six weeks, you’ll reconnect with your trainer to review your progress and complete a new body scan. These regular check-ins help us keep your program aligned with your evolving goals, giving you the tools and accountability you need to stay on track.
