Windy Hill Fitness Centre is located at the Essendon Cricket Ground, the traditional home of the Essendon Football Club.
We are a modern health and fitness facility offering you a range of innovative fitness and wellness programs using the latest in fitness technology. Programs and facilities are delivered to you by a team of trained and highly skilled team of fitness experts invested in your overall health and wellbeing.
The centre also offers year-round aquatic facilities and GOswim swimming lessons. Powered by Swimming Australia, GOswim focuses on contemporary, experiential, activity-based learning as a fun and engaging way for kids to learn to swim and be safe around water.
Overlooking the Windy Hill Oval, with outdoor fitness areas and oval access, the centre offers excellent facilities ideal for all members of your family, so come in and visit us today! We look forward to providing you with the best health and leisure experiences possible.
Monday to Wednesday 5 am - 10 pm
Thursday & Friday 5 am - 9:30 pm
Weekends 7 am - 6 pm
Opening hours will vary on Public Holidays.
Coaching Zone provides group personal training sessions for the beginner through to the advanced. Each session incorporates heart rate technology, helping you better your performance time and time again, and finishes with community coaching. The guidance and support from our expert coaches and our strong community atmosphere are what keeps our members motivated and coming back for more. The end result? Zones are reached and goals are achieved.
Learn to Swim
Windy Hill Fitness Centre has partnered with Swimming Australia to bring you a new and effective swimming and water safety program, focused on experiential and activity-based learning. GOswim swimming lessons empower students to think, discuss and decide whilst having fun in and around water.
