While the rest of the world is still hitting the snooze button, these team members are already out on the floor, prepping the equipment and setting the standard for the day ahead.</p><p>They don’t just show up to clock in; they bring the energy. This month, the focus is on highlighting the incredible staff who physically and mentally warm up the facilities with their resilient, upbeat attitudes. Their dedication is contagious, proving that a little cold weather is absolutely no match for a strong work ethic and positive outlook. Windy Hill is thrilled to introduce Customer Service Officer (CSO), James!</p></div>
