At BlueFit, we proudly acknowledge the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. As National Reconciliation Week (27th of May - 3rd of June) approaches, we invite our community to join us in reflection and meaningful action.

This year’s theme is a powerful call for every Australian to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation. It reminds us that progress requires us to step forward, take responsibility, and actively contribute to change every single day.

Reconciliation is a core part of our mission to foster inclusive spaces. Last year, we reached a significant milestone with the launch of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This plan continues to guide our efforts across our 60+ community facilities through four key pillars:
