- Virginia’s 6 week challenge -
Virginia has been a coaching zone windy hill member since the start of feb. From February to the start of the challenge Virginia had already lost 6kgs.
However Virginia has a bigger goal, set towards her Europe holiday next year and joined the challenge to fast track her results towards that big goal of hers.
Virginia committed to keeping a food diary and eliminated MOST of the unhealthy foods from her diet, opting for healthy, more nutritious foods.
Still enjoying a drink every now and then but eating healthier overall and consistently training, Virginia saw her weight and measurements drop while feeling better and more energetic overall.
Keep up the good work Virginia and you will get to that Europe goal in no time.
