When Motivation is Lacking

When you envision your path to weight loss and fitness, you may see a long stretch of daily workouts, countless salads and happily getting up each day to make all these healthy decisions, but what you might not see are the obstacles.

What you may not see are the obstacles - we all have them.

  • Working long hours

  • Too hot, cold or wet
  • Too tired or ‘can’t be bothered’

Group Fitness classes at Windy Hill Fitness Centre – the only commitment you need to do is, get yourself to our any of our classes and our motivating instructor’s will assist you with the rest!

Our Group Fitness Timetable offers a variety of classes to suit all fitness levels and classes starting from 6am till 7:30pm.

  • Group exercise (including Body Pump, Body Step, Body Attack, Cxworx, Zumba & more)
  • Indoor Cycling (including our favourite 90 minute class every Thursday 6:30pm)
  • Aqua
  • Pilates
  • Yoga

Aqua Classes are ideal for maintaining fitness without the impact on the body and still achieve a high intensity workout.

Cycle Classes allow you to focus on your speed work, hill climbs or pace yourself at a slower speed as well as burn those calories.

Body Pump gives your body strength and toning in 55 minutes, starting with one class per week.  Every month there is a 30 minute class exclusively for newcomers, which focuses purely on the technique and format of the class, Body Pump Technique.

If you are coming along to a class for the first time, it is recommended that you tell the instructor. This will allow you to achieve the safest and most effective results.
