80 Days will be starting it's third instalment on Wednesday September 7th and will be continuing to change member's attitudes to training, diet and what they think their bodies are capable of. This program's aim is to give you all the tools you need to transform your body. It is not just about losing weight; it's about changing your body by reducing body fat, while keeping valuable muscle and raising your metabolism 24 hours a day.
Training, diet, recovery and psychological aspects of transforming your body are all covered in 80 Days. You will be expected to attend three metabolic training sessions a week and complete any exercise homework set. On top of this you will be asked to stick to the diet and exercise Rules of Engagement.
