The Windy Hill Fitness Centre 6 Week Challenge has landed.  Help smash your goals this winter with High Intensity Interval Training in a supportive team envoironment. 

What's Involved

  • 3 x 45min Group Training Sessions per week
  • Before and After Body Composition Scans
  • Online Nutrition Plan

  • Commencing Monday 19 June 2017
  • Sessions run Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6.15am
  • Cost: $180 for members, $230 for non members
