What are the fees

With membership categories to suit all members of the community there will be a cost-effective membership for you. Complete an enquiry form to the left and one of our staff members will be back in touch to assist you to choose the right membership option.

Do you provide health assessments?

Sure do. All new members meet with one of our qualified instructors so we can determine your goals and recommend the correct training program for you. From there, there will always be a qualified fitness instructor on the floor to assist you with any question or tips you might need.
