Tim lives and breathes fitness having been involved with the health industry for seven years, three of them as a personal trainer. He is positive, energetic and passionate about fitness and helping clients achieve their goals. His motto is “Your health is your main asset”, and he believes people should spend as much time on themselves and their health, as some people spend on their car.

Tim has always wanted to be a personal trainer and loves working with people to help them accomplish their goals and feels no greater satisfaction when they do.  He is friendly, approachable and motivating and understands how daunting it can be to begin personal training. His specialities are boxing, weight loss and general fitness, as well as group or one-on-one fitness for children. One of my goals for the future is to be part of the solution to reduce obesity among Australian children.
