Shane's love for sport and fitness made for a logical choice to study Exercise Science and Exercise Prescription for three years. He is now currently completing his Master of Exercise Rehabilitation.

His years of study have given him fitness industry experience in all areas from biomechanics to injury rehabilitation and nutrition; developing programs for many diverse groups of people conditioned and de-conditioned alike.

Shane possesses experience working with elite athletes gaining invaluable experience in the application of exercise science to the real situations for sports specific conditioning which will help athletes to achieve their potential.

His work is based on sound scientific evidence and from continued education and gaining knowledge from elite sources. His aim is to give the highest quality training and information to help fast track clients to their health and fitness goals. Expect a fully optimized and dynamic program tailored specifically to your requirements which will be challenging, motivating and fun.

My goal is to educate & empower clients on the benefits of good nutrition & exercise so they have the knowledge & motivation to live a healthier, happier life.
