As a teenager Sam struggled with his own weight, feeling unfit and very self-concious he made a decision to turn the situation around to lead a healthy lifestyle. It was certainly not an easy road but through hard work he lost the weight and gained a new life. "I believe with hard work and making small sacrafices anyone can achieve their goals, just stay focused on the big picture and you will be able to tackle those small obstacles standing in the way of your results."
Having been a member of the Maribyrnong Boxing Club since 2002 Sam loves to incorperate boxing into his clients workout, his sessions are always challenging and fun so you will always be looking forward to your next session.
