Mila understands how difficult it is to lose weight and to stick to exercise routine. She is so dedicated to this goal that she studied to become a personal trainer, after working as a journalist specialising in the area of health, fitness and nutrition.

Mila is known as one of the toughest and most successful trainer in the Windy Hill Fitness Centre. There is nothing she would put a client through without going through it herself. For the last 18 months in the Centre more then 320 people achieve excellent results with “12 WEEKS Weight Loss Program” with Mila
